Product Description
The whole line includes a cell scanning/OCV testing station, cell stacking, polarity testing station, pack press-fitting station, pole addressing station, pole laser cleaning station, CCS manual installation, Busbar welding station, testing station for the insulation withstanding voltage, double-layer double-speed chain line and hoist, etc.
 
The overall layout of the production line is reasonable and compact to maximize the avoidance of space waste, and the overall design is exquisite;
Multiple CCDs and rangefinders are used for detection and monitoring. The EMS intelligent information management platform is configured to realize the real-time MES management of crucial process parameters such as information on the material, personnel, and equipment during assembly. The material flow of each machine room is completed by the material flow line to achieve intelligent, flexible, and information-based production.
