Equipment Application

It is especially suitable for 3-point or 4-point dot welding with uniform circumferential distribution for optical transmitting device TOSA, optical receiving device ROSA, and optical transceiver module interface component BOSA in the optical communication industry; it is also compatible with the welding of passive optical communication devices.

 

Equipment Introduction

This workbench adopts PLC control mode, with automatic control of product lifting. The welding angle, position and precision are manually adjusted, featuring simple operation and small floor space. It is suitable for welding a variety of products in the optical communication industry.

 

Advantages and Features

• Adopts the unique energy negative feedback control technology, which can effectively ensure welding consistency;

• Adopts energy beam splitting to divide the laser into three or four beams, with the beam included angles of 120° or 90° respectively;

• Has high coupling transmission efficiency, as well as high stability and consistency;

• The welding output head is adjustable in X, Y, Z three axes and angle rotation, with accurate positioning and easy adjustment;

• The automatic lifting stroke of the workbench surface ≤ 150mm, which can realize multi-layer automatic dot welding;

• The working surface rotates automatically, which can realize multi-point circumferential welding of more than 3 or 4 points;

• Equipped with CCD coaxial monitoring and image splitter, which can intuitively display the multi-point welding effect at the same time.
