Equipment Overview

This line mainly consists of: hot pressing machine, pairing, ultrasonic final welding machine, battery connector laser welding machine, mylar wrapping machine, shell pre-welding machine, top cover laser welding machine, primary helium leakage test machine, sealing pin welding machine, secondary helium leakage test machine, automatic conveying system [It includes the fitting components (including fixtures) for the loading conveyor line (by bidder) after baking, primary helium leak detection, and unloading from the stacking machine; fitting components for connecting seal pin loading and the secondary electrolyte conveyor line; fitting components for connecting the secondary electrolyte conveyor line and the subsequent process], tape marking machine (offline), wire-filling and repair welding machine (offline) and MES data traceability and transmission, etc.
