This intelligent manufacturing solution is mainly used in the pack assembly of button cell batteries across the 3C electronics industry and mainly focuses on the application of product lines related to the laser welding technology; the complete line comprises the all-in-one machine for material preparation, automatic welding machine for negative poles, automatic gluing machine, automatic labeling machine of the circular signs, automatic welding machine for positive poles, automatic labeling machine, automatic insulation gluing (side) machine, performance testing machine, size testing machine, etc. The design concept of the complete line is in line with the assembly process of most button batteries on the market, and the application technology has higher reliability and stability; the welding process is the core of the intelligent solution, with a high welding excellence rate and efficient product output, while the complete line is designed with data traceability to ensure accurate tracking and binding of the production process, and the relevant data can be retrieved later for viewing.
